Crepes for breakfast.
1 cup flour
2 eggs
1 cup milk
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Mix it all together until smooth.
Heat a bit of oil on a frying pan over medium high heat
Pour about 1/4 of a cup of batter for each crepe.
Tilt the pan with a circular motion so that the batter coats the surface evenly.
Cook the crepe for about 2 minutes, until the bottom is light brown.
Loosen with a spatula, turn and cook the other side.
Add cheese, bacon and crack an egg over it.
Over Christmas last year Tabitha brought this amaziness.
I forgot to take picture of the whole thing.
This was all that was left..
It’s corn meal with water and canned corn added to it, then sliced cheddar on top and gratin-o-rama.
Then you garnish with bacon because it was Christmas then.
And I love Bacon.
Sliced Eggplant.
Sliced Tomatoes.
Sliced Okra.
Add Olive oil and salt.
Bake for 30 min.
Plus Rice and a Fried Egg.
Stuff your pretty face.
I spend the weekend at my friends house in Miami.
He is an amazing chef.
This is what he served as an appetizer.
Mahi Mahi wrapped in Prosciutto di Parma then cooked sous-vide served on a bed of arugula and a side of ceviche (raw fish cooked in lemon juice)
The sauce is a mix of spices, soya sauce, fish sauce and lemon.
The shrimps were for someone who did not like fish and was not afraid to show it.
